Investor Deal Subscription

This recipe walks an investor through the full deal investment flow — browsing the marketplace, reviewing deal details, signalling interest, and committing to a subscription. Results are tracked through allocation.

Overview

GET  /investor/deals                           → browse available deals
GET  /investor/deals/:dealId                   → inspect deal details & tranches
POST /investor/subscriptions/ioi               → submit indication of interest
POST /investor/subscriptions                   → submit formal subscription
GET  /investor/subscriptions/allocations       → check allocation status

Step 1 — Browse the Deal Marketplace

Returns a paginated list of all deals currently open for investment with metrics and tranche overview.

Before committing, review the full deal including documents, pool statistics, originator info, and comparable deals.

Step 3 — Submit an Indication of Interest

Signal interest in a deal without a formal commitment. This is non-binding and lets the originator gauge demand before final allocation.

Subscription statuses:

Status	Meaning
`PENDING_CONFIRMATION`	Submitted, awaiting originator confirmation
`CONFIRMED`	Originator accepted — allocation in progress
`ALLOCATED`	Units allocated to your account
`REJECTED`	Subscription rejected — see reason in response

Step 5 — Check Your Allocations

Once confirmed, your allocation appears here with quantity and settlement details.
